Welcome to the fansite of the best character from the 1996 film scream. Kevin Patrick Walls plays the character Steven Orth in the film. He does a great job. In the film his character in strapped to a chair ducttaped by a mysterious figure. He is ruffed up blood runs down his face, and down his letterman jacket. Eventually he is killed off in the film. Which sucks, cause he is smoking hot!!!!! I hope you enjoy this blog
